This release updates this fork to the Gaffer HQ 3.0.0 dependencies release.
- Cortex is now built as part of the dependencies, downloaded from the Image Engine Cortex repository, removing the need to build it from https://github.com/hypothetical-inc/cortex. That repository is now archived. Any new development for Cortex on Windows should take place on https://github.com/ImageEngine/cortex.
