Train w/ 64x64 crops and average at prediction time #5

Training with 64x64 crops would erase the need for a 200 embedding of all proteins and would erase also noisy predictions since there would be an averaging at prediction time

Results are not as good as I thought they would be (at least in my first implementation). If anyone is interested and continue the development, send me an email at [email protected] asking for the code. I'll share it ASAP with instructions and explanations.
