Convert entire codebase converting tabs to 4 spaces.
The project coding style is based on Google Java style which is no tabs. Processed the entire codebase of .java files changing tabs to 4 spaces as needed.
It's only 941 files, so should be a quick review. ;-)
Actually, I will probably recreate this pull request in manageable chunks.
