Closing this as it seems unlikely to be merged, and as I discovered at some point, the immutable directive is something Firefox specific and not globally supported by the majority of browsers. |

Currently the
CacheControlheader is missing theimmutabledirectivewhich tells the browser to never revalidate the resource.In addition to the new directive I added a few missing getters/setters.
