thanks @gen2thomas. I already started working on it separately https://github.com/tiru-r/gobot-release but I have to fix couple of things still. Feel free to review this and that would be helps to evolve then we should be able to merge necessary code into this code base. I was trying to remove old and not maintained deps because I need something updated. I don't think it's not good to rely on something well maintained

• update code to Go 1.24
• update modules
• update CI files
• update linter setting and linter version (if a newer one exist, v2.4.0)
• fix issues (some new can exist with v2.4.0, some may to be suppressed by config)
