• a simple boilerplate react application to connect to Humanitec using Github actions

Steps to use this application in Humanitec

• Fork the repo.
• Connect github-actions to Humanitec: you can find instructions under organization settings -> images -> click on the github actions button.
• Push initial commit.
• Under the create new workload tile in the application view select "react-example" image from the dropdown.
