handle when from_pretrained_id is a list

fix for #30045

Failing do to 2 reasons:

• handle from_pretrained_id being a list, after [GemmaConverter] use user_defined_symbols #29473 ([GemmaConverter] use user_defined_symbols #29473 (review))
• still fails when input starts with a space, slow adds space and fast does not in llama tests. working on this fix
