Tests

1. install specific jinja2 package with pip install jinja2==3.0.0. Other environments have been pointed out in the issue.

2. I test with follow code:

tokenizer = AutoTokenizer.from_pretrained("Qwen/Qwen1.5-72B-Chat")

prompt = "Give me a short introduction to large language model."
messages = [
    {"role": "system", "content": "You are a helpful assistant."},
    {"role": "user", "content": prompt},
    {"role": "assistant", "content":"hello"}
]
text = tokenizer.apply_chat_template(
    messages,
    tokenize=False,
    add_generation_prompt=True
)
print(text)

And got the desired output instead of raising an error:
