I quickly reviewed and tried these commands. Thanks for implementing them! What I suggest to do is to finish #1671 and agree on the direction we want to take and then go back to this PR specifically. For what I've seen, it's already pretty good. I'd update a few args and simplify the output but apart from that, it should be straightforward.

Unfortunately closing the PR without merging as it became outdated. With #3229 we are renaming the CLI to hf instead of huggingface-cli and making changes to its structure. Therefore I believe it's simpler to start over from scratch. Sorry it did not make it to the finish line!
