wasm-bindgen: command not found

I cloned the repo and navigated to candle-wasm-examples/phi.

I ran:

sh build-lib.sh

I get the following error:

Some errors have detailed explanations: E0405, E0432, E0463.
error: could not compile `ppv-lite86` (lib) due to 188 previous errors
build-lib.sh: line 2: wasm-bindgen: command not found

There's many errors above that; not sure if they're relevant. Here's a sample:

error[E0405]: cannot find trait `AddAssign` in this scope
