Update path to orion stack, remove --label from Orion srun, remove extraneous line from ush/module-setup.sh. Approve.

Description
EPIC was requested to migrate from the previously used role account to a new one, under /work/noaa/epic/role-epic. All the software stacks are rebuilt in a new location /work/noaa/epic/role-epic/contrib/orion/hpc-stack/intel-2022.1.2 .

How Has This Been Tested?
GSI regression tests have been run using a new stack location, in
/work/noaa/epic/role-epic/contrib/orion/hpc-stack/intel-2022.1.2 .
All finished successfully; the test
rtmareported failure due to exceeded run time, and the testrrfs_3denvar_glbensreported failed scalability test. Attached are logs LastTest.log and CTestCostData.txt.Checklist
