docker imageがdocker loginしないとダウンロードできない

レポジトリをpublic設定してもdocker imageのpullには以下の認証が必要なようだ。

新しいghcr.ioであればanonymous pullが可能らしい。または、docker hubを使うのが良いかも。

とりあえず、ghcr.ioを使う形で変更完了。
