Ready for the future of Squeak

WindowAcrobatics v3.5 is now fully compatible with the newest version of Squeak! Also, a lot has changed under the hood: beautiful code everywhere. WindowAcrobatics will be even more stable!

Please note: Your current image may not be supported by WindowAcrobatics v3.5. Before installing WindowAcrobatics, please make sure you use Squeak 6.0 and installed the newest version of it. To our note, this is currently #17358. If you're not able to update, please install v3.4 of WindowAcrobatics!

Expose Visualizations and Navigation for Pagination

A more stable version with fewer bugs and visuallizations/ navigation within Expose pages.

Enhanced Exposé

Exposé now works for heavy use cases in which a large number of windows has been opened; also: bugfixes.

Cycling through windows of the same type

The new version of WindowAcrobatics features cycling through windows of the same type using Cmd/Alt+Shift+u.

Also, the installation process is now simplified (no need to execute WAHandler reset anymore ;)).

• The spaces come with a nice visualization on switching from one space to another now. Y

Expose, Switching and Alignment on Customizable Key Press Across Platform

This is the first release that contains parts of each main Window Acrobatics component; i.e. window alignment, the expose view and and the window switcher. Enjoy and keep the feedback coming.

We're proud to announce the first release of WindowAcrobatics. A smart tool that makes window management in Squeak easy and beautiful.

In v1.0, it features:

• open WindowDashboard by pressing ctrl+w
• when in WindowDashboard, use <-and -> to select a window. it will magically appear right in front after you hit enter
• rearrange the focused window to the left/right/upper/lower half of the screen by pressing ctrl+j/ctrl+l/ctrl+i/ctrl+k. So good.
• create a beautiful blue morph and open it in your world by pressing ctrl+q
