Update Rapid to the current latest release (2.4.2) from 2.3.x.

Note that we dynamically download Rapid using
https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/${rapidPackage.name}@~${rapidPackage.version}/dist/. So updating the version inpackage.jsonis important.The version from CDN is restricted by
~instead of^to avoid issues where Rapid changes internals that we depend upon.
