When using tile parameters zoom is incorrect after splitting

After splitting a task the url to import external data is incorrect. The zoom level is still that of the original tile. Example:

http://tasks.dev.hotosm.org/job/481#task/2140/2182/12

renders:

http://build.osmsharp.com:815/data/2140/2182/11/eHealth_Africa_Kano_Health.osm

should be:

http://build.osmsharp.com:815/data/2140/2182/12/eHealth_Africa_Kano_Health.osm
