SkiaSharp and its native assets must share a major version, so bump both in one change (supersedes the split dependabot PRs #138/#139). Adapt the one API the 4.x line now treats as an error: SKCanvas.DrawImage without SKSamplingOptions is obsolete (CS0618 under TreatWarningsAsErrors); the 1:1 copy passes SKSamplingOptions.Default, matching prior behaviour. Refresh all packages.lock.json files. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Looks like SkiaSharp.NativeAssets.Linux.NoDependencies is no longer updatable, so this is no longer needed. |
