Revise Google Drive integration documentation

Updated the Google Drive integration documentation for clarity and consistency, including changes to folder naming and access details.

I've broken the first paragraph into several sections to make it more readable. The first paragraph now describes what this integration does, which is standard practice. The second describes creating and managing a backup folder. And the third paragraph describes how to access a folder.
