Pull request overview
Updates the Duco integration documentation to cover newly added sensor entities (target airflow, timer remaining, and expanded temperature details), and clarifies how fan percentage levels relate to actual firmware airflow targets.
Changes:
- Expands the BOX module description to include the new sensor entities.
- Adds a note explaining that the fan’s 33/66/100% are abstract UI levels and points to the new “Target flow level” sensor.

The sensor was renamed in the core PR from a countdown sensor (seconds remaining) to a timestamp sensor (when the mode ends). Update all three occurrences in the docs and revise the description to reflect the new behavior. Addresses review feedback from c0ffeeca7.

Temperature sensor (all node types)
Target flow level sensor (BOX)
Mode time remaining sensor (BOX)
Also adds a note to the fan section clarifying the abstract speed levels and pointing users to the Target flow level sensor for the real firmware value.
