Update Avea docs for config flow

Proposed change

This PR updates the avea integration documentation to match the new config-entry-based setup.

The page now reflects Bluetooth support and config flows, removes the old YAML-based setup instructions, and documents that Avea bulbs are discovered automatically through the Bluetooth integration, with manual selection by Bluetooth address if needed.
