Document Growatt integration installation parameters

Proposed change

This PR adds documentation for all installation parameters of the Growatt integration to satisfy the docs-installation-parameters quality scale requirement.

Changes made:

• Added a detailed Configuration section with parameter descriptions for Server, Username, Password, API token, and Plant
• Added a Server regions subsection explaining all 6 regional endpoint options
• Streamlined the introduction to avoid redundancy
• Used the configuration_basic block format as per documentation standards
