Change grant period for Volvo

Proposed change

Volvo has changed the default grant period from 6 days to 6 months. See Refresh the access token on the developer page.

I've changed the documentation to not use an exact timing so that we're not running behind every time they change it. Instead a link is added to the developer page.

Also added that one should configure My HA.
