Sonos add requirement for UPnP to be enabled

Proposed change

A recent change to the Sonos firmware is causing UPnP to be disabled by default causing the integration to fail. Add documentation to describe this pre-req and information on the error for troubleshooting. Related to these issues:

home-assistant/core#154877
