This PR fixes a broken anchor link in the "Locked out" documentation. The link was pointing to a heading with an outdated fragment identifier that included -including-supervised, which no longer matches the actual heading on the page.

• Fixed the anchor link on line 49 to correctly point to the "To reset a password while still logged in" section
