Pull Request Overview
This PR removes the Neato integration documentation following Vorwerk's announcement to shut down all Neato cloud services. Since the cloud services are being discontinued, the integration will become non-functional and its documentation is being removed accordingly.

Vorwerk announced the upcoming shutdown of all neato cloud services. Because of this shutdown, the integration will no longer be able to control any neato devices, thus becoming dis-functional.
