Proposed change

Shelly devices uses Gen not V (Gen1, Gen2, Gen3)
Removed the firmware restrictions (was supposed to be 0.12.0 here) since we require 1.0.0 to operate the device anyhow and once device is setup in HA it should support BT already.

Type of change

  • Spelling, grammar or other readability improvements (current branch).
  • Adjusted missing or incorrect information in the current documentation (current branch).
  • Added documentation for a new integration I'm adding to Home Assistant (next branch).
  • Added documentation for a new feature I'm adding to Home Assistant (next branch).
  • Removed stale or deprecated documentation.

285-286: Documentation Update: Clarify Shelly Device Generation

The new lines updating the support to "Shelly Gen2+ device" for both Bluetooth advertisement listening and bundling accurately reflect the updated device requirements. Please ensure that this change is consistently referenced alongside any related Shelly documentation, and that any previous references to firmware version restrictions (e.g., version 0.12.0) are reviewed across the docs if needed.
