Update Shelly Bluetooth device requirements

Shelly devices uses Gen not V (Gen1, Gen2, Gen3)
Removed the firmware restrictions (was supposed to be 0.12.0 here) since we require 1.0.0 to operate the device anyhow and once device is setup in HA it should support BT already.
