Added Denon AVR-S950H

Just tried it. I can control it from my home screen, but I'm not able to set it as an output like I can my Nest mini which is kinda unfortunate. I don't know if that is possible with other AVRs.

Proposed change

I added Denon AVR-S950H right above S960H. Just tried it, I can turn it off, on, change volume, sound source and sound mode (presets like cinema, 3D, video game, etc.).
