Add documentation for ws66i integration

This is the documentation for the ws66i core integration soon to be added. I tried viewing it locally, but it would not show up in the integrations page...

I'm not sure what is meant by "next" and "current" branch. It is my intention that this will be for next release.

It seems that this PR is targeted against an incorrect branch since it has a parent PR on one of our codebases. Documentation that needs to be updated for an upcoming release should target the next branch. Please change the target branch of this PR to next and rebase if needed.
