Proposed change

Couple of small changes to the My Home Assistant plugin for Jekyll:

• Use badges provided by the My Home Assistant website
• Remove custom badges ability
• Add support for service calls
• Extend default link title handling, by adding some defaults
• Applied some {% my %} magic around the docs to test out the above

• Adjusted missing or incorrect information in the current documentation (current branch).
• Added documentation for a new integration I'm adding to Home Assistant (next branch).
  • I've opened up a PR to add logo's and icons in Brands repository.
• Added documentation for a new feature I'm adding to Home Assistant (next branch).
• Removed stale or deprecated documentation.
