Proposed change

Somebody pointed out today that the docs make it sound like HA always is responsible for the location update requests, and I can see how that's been taken that way. Adding a little clarity (hopefully).

• Adjusted missing or incorrect information in the current documentation (current branch).
• Added documentation for a new integration I'm adding to Home Assistant (next branch).
• Added documentation for a new feature I'm adding to Home Assistant (next branch).
• Removed stale or deprecated documentation.
