This will add procedure on how to reset a user password using the hassio commandline as seen here https://community.home-assistant.io/t/password-lost/66288/15?u=accelle

Description:

Pull request in home-assistant (if applicable): home-assistant/home-assistant#

This won't work on Hass.io, since it doesn't provide access to the hass CLI.

That's the reason I indicated step 1. There are multiple options to enable console access.

From a new/average user perspective, that sentence make no sense.

I'm closing this PR, since I strongly believe we should not instruct users to go into the running Home Assistant Docker container on Hass.io (besides, getting there is only Documented in the developer documentation).
