Remove hint about ZHA/Z-Wave config panels moving to integrations page

Proposed change

This PR removes the hint text/link about the ZHA and legacy Z-Wave config panel links moving to the integrations page. The move happened 10 months ago in #6159, so I think it's safe to remove/clean up now.
