Add Name Variable to Plant Card

Not 100% if this works as I cant test it. Demo doesnt give a plant entity

This doesn't seem to work anymore in 0.90.0. Got this in my ui-lovelace.yaml:

    icon: mdi:flower
    title: Planten
    cards:
      - type: vertical-stack
        cards:
          - type: plant-status
            entity: plant.plant_1
            name: Plant hoek
          - type: plant-status
            entity: plant.plant_2
            name: Plant achterraam
          - type: plant-status
            entity: plant.plant_3
            name: Plant voorraam

In 0.87.0 it was working, now they're plant_1, plant_2 and plant_3 again.
