Clarify GPS coordinates for device_tracker.see

The services.yaml file specifies that round brackets are to be used when specifying GPS coördinates. This does not work and is not consistent with docs (https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/device_tracker/).
This PR fixes the yaml file so it also states square brackets.
