Update orjson to 3.8.7

Proposed change

Upgrades orjson to 3.8.7, which reverts the optimization logic introduced in 3.8.4 for certain platforms (like musl-based systems as we use).

Wheels have been picked up by our Python Wheels builder and are available. I've tested and deployed this version on my production and test instances, and didn't notice any problems.
