Switch play pause method in philips js

Proposed change

PlayPause key is mapped to Play in most android tv's and this does not pause playback. Previously we tried to use Space for pause. Which works on some TV's, but not on many others. So switch to Enter/Confirm button which normally brings up OSD and pauses. Some apps won't pause until second press, but that is better than now where nothing happens.

We also switch to assumed state for this player since, we don't actually know playback state.
