Bump life360 package to 5.5.0

Proposed change

Updated package improves debug output & redacts sensitive info from log. It fixes a bug that was masking some HTTP errors. And it retries HTTP errors 502, 503 & 504, which have been observed to happen every once in a while, resulting in fewer unnecessary unavailable states.
