Proposed change

Bumps total_connect_client to version 2022.5.

total_connect_client now throws a more specific exception when there are authentication errors. This allows the HA totalconnect integration to differentiate between a bad password and an incomplete authentication process (which for some reason users are seeing often recently). Incomplete authentications now result in a ServiceUnavailable exception, which should no longer result in HA users being asked to re-authenticate.
