Add EntityFeature enum to Camera

Breaking change

Developers only: The use of the following constants has been deprecated:

• SUPPORT_ON_OFF
• SUPPORT_STREAM

Use the new CameraEntityFeature IntEnum instead.

Proposed change

This PR introduces the CameraEntityFeature, containing all the supported feature flags of a Camera.
