Hmm this is tagged for the 2022.3.8 milestone, but it seems that this depends on a larger overhaul from #66498. I don't think this bump can be shipped on the 2022.3 branch

It looks like #66498 is part of master. The requirement is 0.10.3: https://github.com/home-assistant/core/blob/master/homeassistant/components/sense/manifest.json
