Deprecate JuiceNet YAML configuration

Breaking change

The YAML configuration for JuiceNet is now deprecated. If you have
an existing YAML configuration, it has been imported into the UI automatically
and can be safely removed.

Proposed change

Deprecated the YAML configuration for JuiceNet, so we can clean it up later.
