Remove YAML configuration from Local IP

Breaking change

The previously deprecated YAML configuration for the Local IP Address integration has been removed.
Your configuration has been imported to the UI in the previous releases and can now safely be removed from your YAML configuration files.

Removes YAML configuration/import for the Local IP Address integration.
