Bump aiokef to v0.2.13 which fixes the device from becoming "Unavailable"

Changes in aiokef: basnijholt/aiokef@v0.2.12...v0.2.13

This avoids a deadlock resulting in the speaker becoming Unavailable until a restart of HA.

Could this be in the next patch release?
