Fix lutron_caseta setup options

• The lutron_caseta integration does not yet support set up via integrations in the frontend. This PR removes that option since it never was intended to be supported in 0.110.0.

I'm kinda confused, as the config flow is there on dev. Is this to disable it just for 0.110? Should it be enabled again for 0.111?

The config flow only has an import step, not a user step.
