Remove Pushetta integration

Breaking change

The Pushetta integration has been removed. The service has been having an issue since August 2019 and has been offline since September 2019.

Proposed change

This PR removes the Pushetta integration.

The service has been having an issue since August 2019 and has been offline since September 2019. Their website only throws a 503 error since that time.
