Rename BinarySensorDevice to BinarySensorEntity

Proposed change

Rename BinarySensorDevice to BinarySensorEntity.

Keep BinarySensorDevice to not break custom components, but print a warning when it's instantiated.

PRs for other base components will be opened based on the feedback on this one.
