Bump TRADFRI

Description:

PyTradfri didn't had a pinned version of a dependency and it's not compatible with the recently released version. This new pytradfri version fixes it.

Played with this one earlier today, will address it.

@balloob @frenck I moved some files around in pytradfri, that's why the tests are failing. I've adressed this in https://github.com/home-assistant/home-assistant/pull/26659/files

It should be sufficient to make these changes for the tests to pass:

It'll be a few more days to get #26659 working so don't wait for it.
