Add vendor support for vorwerk robots and fix zone retrieval

Breaking Change:

As the vendor default remains as neato this is not a breaking change for neato users.

Description:

This PR has a few small changes:

• Bump pybotvac to 0.0.15
• Add vendor support for Vorwerk robots (tested by community users: https://community.home-assistant.io/t/neato-component-add-vendors-in-order-to-allow-support-for-vorwerk-vacuum/121176/29?u=dshokouhi)
• Fix Zone cleaning on Neato Botvac D7 always uses first map ID #21796
