Adjust volvo update interval

Proposed change

This PR changes the update interval of the coordinators and the data they poll. The total number of requests per day is, with 6.336 as a maximum (depending on the vehicle), still well below the limit of 10.000.

I'm not sure if this counts as a breaking change, since the recommendation in the docs is to use an API key per vehicle (and request limit is counted per API key). If you consider this as a breaking change, just let me know, and I'll add the section back to this description.
