Remove Domino's Pizza integration

Breaking change

Removes Domino's Pizza integration.

The integration no longer functions on Python ≥ 3.13, and its underlying library has been unmaintained since 2019. Additionally, an open issue indicates that even if the integration were updated, it would still fail due to Domino’s adding a reCAPTCHA challenge, effectively blocking automated access. It is removed without raising a repair issue as it no longer works and has no active installations.
