Bump ohmepy and remove advanced_settings_coordinator

Breaking change

The CT current sensor is removed due to API changes.

Proposed change

As a result of API changes by the vendor, a coordinator has been removed, with the consequence of a loss of the CT Current sensor.

Bump and integration changes are in the same PR as either single change leaves the integration nonfunctional.

It'd be great if this change could be included in patch releases as it is currently not working for any users.
